we stayed at burnley west and loved the lodge! the room was spacious and airy, with a big bathroom. breakfast was delicious and staff were super helpful. the grounds were beautiful, making it a lovely retreat. plus, we appreciated that they didn’t charge for our dogs this time, which was a nice touch.

The view from my room was nice. I appreciated the gardens surrounding the place. I enjoyed the food during my stay. It was a comforting experience, particularly the three-course meal I had one evening. The staff were helpful throughout my visit, making everything smooth for me as a solo traveler.

The room felt dated and needed some attention. The bathroom wasn't clean, and I faced issues with the shower. I had to ask for shampoo, which should have been in the room to begin with.

We had a lovely family getaway exploring the beautiful Pendle area, perfect for a day out with something for everyone. The meal we enjoyed was fabulous, the hearty portions and quality were standout highlights for our group of couples and kids alike.

In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished for better soundproofing in the rooms to ensure a more restful night without disturbances.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the gorgeous gardens. Shower had good temperature and power, although it could use a bit more attention overall. Had everything I needed like a TV and brew station. Food was fantastic too!

Had an amazing belated birthday celebration with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially our waiter, Zac, who truly made our experience special.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it for the great food and service.
